Uncle Tony Oakleigh

Tried this out for the first time today. Had the classic "uncle Tony" ... lets say im writing this review 5hrs later, and still am full from this amazing sized and perfectly tasting toasty. The staff where really friendly and professional (which is hard to find in Melbourne on a cold morning) so well done to the team. Can't wait to try the others on the menu.

Absolutely amazing! The portions were generous and the taste was spot on. The sandwich was perfectly toasted with a delicious crunch, packed with flavour and quality ingredients. Even the pickle on the side was a great touch. For the price, the quantity and quality are outstanding — definitely one of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Uncle Tony’s is such a good spot! The team there are super friendly and make you feel really welcome. I got to try a sneak peek of their new matcha and it was honestly so good, definitely worth trying The toasties are next level too, The Uncle Tony toastie is my favourite, easily the best toasties around!! 5 stars! Amazing halal toasties! Excellent value for money. We got The Uncle Tony - haven’t had good halal beef pastrami in a while and this hit the mark! And The Wise Guy is eggplant peppers and cheese, who knew this combo would taste that good! They also have free sauces to choose. We’ll be coming again for sure!

Uncle Tony’s in Oakleigh is hands down one of the best sandwich shops around! The bread is always fresh, the fillings are generous, and the flavors are spot on. You can tell everything is made with care. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcomed the second you walk in. If you’re in Oakleigh and craving a proper sandwich highly recommend!

First time trying and it was so good! Portion was quite large for me so I felt it was well worth what we paid. Best part is it’s halal. The staff are friendly and made the wait enjoyable! Visited while I was on holiday over a month ago but I’m craving for it now. Can’t wait to be back!

The coffee was honestly the best! Smooth & flavourful! We ordered 2 toasties. The pastrami & turkey which was amazing! Didn’t realise how generous the sizings were. You could def share 1 toastie amongst 2 people. The whole vibe was really relaxed and the staff were lovely. Will def be bringing our family & friends next time we’re in the area.
